You are being over excited to see yourself in the next rank and it causing you to nag. Patient and 0degree tolerance in thinking will make you enter a senior member rank without knowing. There is no rush in life, no matter how fast you run, you can never run faster than your shadow as D popular saying goes. Activity and merit works like a child that grow gradually and develop some unique things which is not noticeable. When a child thinks so much of his shaking teeth that want to fall off, all his concentration is always in his tongue and teeth. But when he removes his mind from the shaking teeth, the teeh removes effortlessly without panic. So also is bean. When you put beans on the fire it always proof hard to soften, because your mind is in that pot. When you remove your mind from the pot of beans on the fire, the beans becomes soft without notice.

My explanation might sound funny and odd way of explanatory, but that is just the reason for the delay. Because everybody elses activities is counting so your own is not excluded maybe not yet time for it. Afterwards there is time for every thing.
