If you are making reference to the league title this season, then most definitely Napoli may not have a chance bat it and it's very normal because their performance recently isn't such that will be a able to give them a league title just like last season, they did much better than they have done this season and so they were deserving of the trophy last season.

I don't really understand your point of view as it regards victor osimhen playing to his full potential but to the best of my knowledge he has been doing so well for himself both in Napoli and back at his home country where he's actively participating in the AFCON, he's performance there has been good be was even tasted for dope and he did passed the test except that he hasn't been able to future in bigger teams or in elite leagues where he will have chance of doing even much more because even Napoli became big recently because of him, maybe if he moves to England achieving much more is possible.
