Based on the following highlighted part from your privacy policy page, it appears that there might be an option to choose an email-based 2FA, and considering how it gives a false sense of security, I think it'd be better if this option didn't exist:

  • We collect only the data necessary to connect to the server. This includes any information provided at registration. If the user has enabled two-factor authentication, an email address may be collected.

No, and the swap function operates closer to a P2P system with a form of escrow provided by the platform.
