The largest wallet only holds about 3% of coins, and it is probably an exchange wallet.
I think, a lot of Cinni is splitted in to 10k chunks, like I did with mine, to let them make little Cinnis.
So the rich list shows not that much about the fair or not so fair distibution. Just my opinion.
