With Ruben Baraja, Valencia continues their rise. They're back to their glory days. 5 wins in the last 6 games, the only loss was against Atletico, an acceptable result. Valencia will do everything to finish in the top 7 of the league, I believe they will succeed.
Today against Almeria they played a superior game. However, I would say the decisive moment was the missed penalty at 2-1 and Almeria's failure to score on the return ball. Pepelu's penalty kick hit the post and Almeria on the counter-attack came close to scoring through Ramazani's shot. If the score had been 2-2 it would have been very difficult for Valencia in the last part, but luckily they didn't score.

Obviously, Valencia still has a great chance to be able to finish in 6th position to get a Conference League ticket next season. Because ya, at least there is still a close points gap with Real Sociedad who are currently in 6th position. Therefore, Valencia must be able to maximize the good moments they get this season to at least to get tickets to the Conference League next season . But indeed, basically I probably always have a comparison between Valencia and Villarreal and ya, in this season Valencia and Villarreal have results that are the opposite . Because in previous seasons Villarreal could compete in the top zone and Valencia in the bottom zone but ya, what happened at this moment seemed to be the opposite for the results they had this season.
