Once again I used up all my wheel spins because price hit the weekly average and rose.  Its just sitting at a ceiling so there is no decisive direction perceivable in BTC, its just a bit of a drift right now. Either we hit the rocks or take off, cant say which just yet so for monthly bet I have to wait really I think better info later.  The FED gave a no change decision and thats mostly how it's going just balance between buyers and sellers so not much room for movement in price it seems.   Staying this is all bullish in the wider picture is my usual take but doesnt help me guess price end of this month etc.
