What happens if someone sells an account on a neighboring forum?

As usual I have something that makes me curious even though it's actually not important. But I will respect your opinion even with a little ridicule. lol
As we know, there is a neighboring forum that is starting to get busy for some reason, and we can teleport the account there. So what happens if someone sells their account on a neighboring forum? Maybe it hasn't happened yet, but someday it might happen when the neighbor forum becomes bigger than it is now. (I mean selling teleport accounts from bitcointalk accounts)
I think this will be related to trust and whether there needs to be a cross-forum DT policy? It sounds crazy, but the thought was actually in my head
