Turns out, they've been around for a while, since 2020. The reason no one seems to have ever bumped into their ANN or ever heard about it was due to their inactivity.

I signed up on 02/02/2024 and began depositing and playing right away. I continually deposited more and lost more until I finally won that bonus. Only when I won big did they disable my account.
I’m not sure what that screenshot you’re referring to is from, but the casino most definitely accepting new players.
