It all depends on what kind of gambling you prefer. But I think most likely it means betting or a casino, for example slots or roulette. In any case, there will be one piece of advice for both types of gambling - remember the amount that you can afford to lose. If you lose, then don't worry. Do not exceed the limits. And if you immediately get a big win, then do not think that you are the chosen one, know that you are lucky. And it's better to stop playing after that.
But that would be really a mission impossible to stop gambling if you experience luck and huge win during first game or bet. It is funny how advices work: immediate win or luck at the beginning = stop gambling; lose first deposit = better stop gambling. What should gambler do then to continue gambling? Observe other play or gamble with play money? I hope that "not gambling experience is the best experience" is not a best option in our case
