You will either hold your bitcoins so strong, don't want to take profit and think it will climb up more and more because $1M target price is too much from current price, so it's possible for Bitcoin to increase like 50% more.
I see Bitcoin between $120k – $150k this incoming bull run, nothing more than that. If it does anything above that range, I take it as a bonus. If anyone would believe Bitcoin to get to $1 million this circle, I think that person isn't realistic. But then, that's what an excitement in the market does to people as senses of reasoning are fuddled with. It's a crazy time to witness; for those who haven't observed it once.

Eventually you miss the bull run, miss chances to take profit and will be a witness of bear market until a next bull run, 4 years later.
According to Warren Buffett, we should become scared when others get greedy and be greedy when others are scared. So, whenever people are rushing to acquire tokens that should be when we've to be leaving the market and vice versa. Those who will not sell even when they make X100 on their investment, expecting their $20 investment to turn $500k, they should curtail their greed and be realistic.
