I agree with you, having a fixed income does not guarantee that they gamble responsibly. There are times when one moment can make them lose control, whether they are winning or losing, but as far as I know, gambling is able to hypnotize the thinking of someone who is gambling, and I also think there are people who gamble with a target but after getting the target they have different motives. different from gambling. This could happen because changes in gambling can occur from one moment to another.

and as you said about the temptation of gambling, it is true, gambling can attract anyone to the point of forgetting themselves, because it has a strong attraction or temptation so that many people are lulled into gambling which ends them being trapped in a gambling addiction. The key is self-control, if they gamble with self-control then there is a small chance of addiction occurring, because discussing self-control involves many aspects, addiction, boundaries and a person's attitude towards gambling. also with their own thoughts on what gambling is like in their eyes, because everyone's views are different.
Having a fixed income makes it easier for them because they can allocate funds for gambling and can gamble responsibly. But most people will just lose self-control and be unable to gamble responsibly because they think that with their fixed income, they can use more money to gamble so they don't anticipate what if they lose a larger amount. When they lose, they have the desire to continue gambling and will also deposit more money because they feel they still have money to continue gambling. They forget the boundaries that they should be able to maintain well because they see the temptation of gambling getting bigger. They cannot resist the temptation and start to be influenced.

Many people forget about gambling because they have been tempted by gambling and have also used too much money, so they don't think about stopping themselves from gambling. They don't want to control themselves while gambling because they feel they can still win at the last moment. But the reality is that they end up losing more money and still want to continue gambling even to recover their losses. If this is the case, all their regular income will be used to recover their losses and pursue the victory they want. They have completely lost control of themselves and it is only a matter of time before they become addicted to gambling without them realizing it.

Even though they have a steady income and can gamble, that doesn't mean they can gamble as they please or gamble continuously. because every once in a while when gambling is done responsibly there will definitely be moments of loss of self-control. because they may feel they have a clear income so they dare to gamble using too much money. The temptation that exists in gambling is very strong, even as you say, it can happen.

Yes, quite a few people are tempted by gambling, because basically everyone is tempted by profits like money, who isn't tempted by profitable money? However, what must be remembered is that gambling cannot fully provide benefits, of course this will be problematic if they have too big hopes. If they gamble using all the money they have, it means they have lost self-control and their common sense too and this is what is called an addiction, they can spend a lot of money on gambling that is not clear whether it will give them a win.
