It's a clear scam. They will close up shop as soon as they have received the desired amount of funds. Guaranteed.
My head actually thinks otherwise, they won't close the shop as long as there are still people willing to buy it.
Actually, it's not too bad, because most websites are used to make a profit, in fact there are not many websites that voluntarily develop communities without profit interests, one of which is Bitcointalk, and not many others.
I've noticed that trust system on that forum is somewhat different from this forum and I hardly see any positive feedback on any member's profile on that forum.
Yes, very different, and maybe in the future they can change it with suggestions from members of this forum. But the most important thing is that I hope they improve the UI of the site, too many SMF features enabled and too many boards, it's giving me a headache. Moreover, there is a rules banner at the bottom of each page which uses very large images which are very distracting
But I agree with nutildah, we have no right to judge. This is a great opportunity that they have got and hopefully they can take advantage of the opportunity well
