Hello everyone.  I just noticed a few nodes that are connecting to my nodes are adding personalized notes to their User Agent Fields like they did back in the day during the Blocksize Wars.  Can anyone give me a walkthrough on how you go about adding these message?  My nodes are running on Windows 10 and Windows 11 and are Bitcoin Core Nodes.
