Coffee promotes health.
Yeah, that's true coffee does improve ones health but we don't really take coffee without added processed sugar and that's something not good for health. The processed sugar or the normal sugar at our homes isn't safe for us and unfortunately we can't take tea or coffee without added sugar.
Pushups are not good exercise. Running, walking, swimming, almost anything aerobic are much better.
That's very true push ups aren't good for our health because in old age we can lose our ability of normal walking if you push our bodies to high extremes in our young age. I think walking is the best excursive for everyone who wants to live happy and healthy. If someone wants to live wealthy then Bitcoin!!!!!
