Yes, I completely agree with the OP. Even if you wanted to show off to your friends, relatives or other people, they will probably think about the game and they will definitely have an irresistible desire to play. They will do this with thoughts like “why am I worse than him or other winning players” or they just want to test their luck. And even if the player starts to lose, he will bet more and more furiously with each bet, trying to make the winnings higher than you told him. Behind these stupid actions will be human envy, depression, anger that a person has accumulated, whether at work or anywhere else.

The main thing I want to say is that even when telling someone about our victories, we seem to invite the person to play, but at this moment we don’t realize it, because we just want to show ourselves higher, increase our worth, or just show off like a little boy, and not an adult and reasonable person.
Showing off our winnings to close friends or co-workers will only trigger them to gamble like we do, they will definitely think that they too can win if they try continuously and without realizing this can give rise to a gambling addiction because they are too ambitious to win big, they should aware that gambling is full of risks and it is not easy to win large amounts of gambling if they are not lucky because gambling is a luck-based game.

But someone who wins at gambling will definitely not be able to keep quiet, they will definitely tell their friends about their win because they feel that something is missing if they haven't told them about their win because they are proud of the results they got which are not easily achieved by many people. This doesn't need to be said because apart from causing envy, this can also make people who are addicted to gambling give up their intention to stop gambling.
I have never really understand why people boast about the profits they got through gambling, since it is not as if they got those profits through their skill, and instead they just got lucky to win in that instance.

And even if the win was the result of your skill, it still makes no sense to boast about it, as you never know who may be monitoring your account and they may target you now that you know that you have some money at your disposal and they may try to steal it.
Because they feel proud of their victory which their friends can't get so they show it off, even though this may not be important to their friends and they don't get any benefit other than they are thirsty for their friends' praise because they can win the gambling, maybe they will get praise. and applause, but apart from that, his friends will definitely want to ask him for a portion, either with a treat or just a drink to celebrate. But deep down he was very happy and hoped that his friends would also follow in his footsteps and continue gambling so they could win like him.

Bragging about it is pointless and actually triggers other friends to continue gambling and chasing losses, which can make a person uncontrollable.
This thing is indeed a kind of trick in casinos to attract users by making it profitable for users to continue gambling, therefore, if we can win at gambling, don't ever be greedy, immediately take your winnings and stop gambling for a while.
