Typical example is my local board I have learned to see lot of people improving greatly and asking more about how to develop themselves to be creative and useful to the forum, so even though there would be reports from my LB it might be very little and let's consider if other board adopting same method there is every possibility to eliminate spam across the english board and local boards.
