the site is cool, but the verification is fishy. the time on the roll is different from the time when i bet. could be due to lag, but it seems that the owner could be scamming us by selecting specific timestamps. I do not believe this provably fair system. no one else uses a timestamp. very suspicious.
It probably isn't, I doubt someone who abuses trust and steals files would make an ethical decision regarding provably fair. Given a short exchange with the owner, he thinks it is also alright to operate on a max profit of 60 coins with what appears to be personal holdings of 100 coins or less (maybe less than 60). If you want to mess around with their faucet, it seems like a pretty solid deal, I wouldn't trust them with my own money though.
