I believe that many people would stop complaining about the taxes they pay and the government would also collect more as the population itself would demand the issuance of a tax document for the products purchased and services received.
And to answer your question: Yes... I'm happy to buy a lottery ticket and know that part of the money is used for social actions, even though I bet little on lotteries.

It may be the time to make a firm proposal to our respective Governments so they implement such a policy

The taxpayers would be happier, public revenue would increase, public services would improve, and who knows, maybe you'd be fortunate enough to win the lottery and retire early. It's like a win-win-win-win situation!
I don't think this measure would be implemented in Europe ever, but in other regions, like socialist regimes in LATAM, why not?
