Even if the information is correct (it's not from an official source as far as I can see), Microgaming is not affiliated with Games Global Limited or part of the "Games Global" brand. Moreover, on the official website, you can find information that Microgaming has sold its distribution business and online games portfolio to Games Global Limited in 2022.
