For me real estate investment is more dependable than crypto.
Even if the value drops down we could still use the land for business to gain profit, but in crypto if the price drops down the only thing that we could do is hold or cut loss.
Having a land to build up business or income is better for me than crypto.
But of course not everyone could invest on real estate or buy a land crypto is much accessable for everyone.
