I know you have waited for an unnecessary long time for them to reply but now you have brought this matter to the forum with a scam accusation it will be discussed here in public. It is in their interests to make a statement as soon as possible either accepting what you wrote and offer a solution to resolve it or deny any wrongdoing and counter your allegation.
