Yep, OP should really do this, his question is way too vague and can get a lot of answers, most probably not what he would expect.
What are the chances of bitcoin going extinct?
Pretty much 100%
There are chances it will be superseded by something better - sooner or later
There are chances Bitcoin is not suitable if humans really conquer outer space
There are chances human race will go extinct and then the internet will go down, or electricity will go down, ..
Many other scenarios I didn't think of or I just don't care to ellaborate.
As said, state more clearly what you want... although, seeing that you just post one-liner questions, I expect that this won't happen because
* either you are a bot
* either you are a spammer in order to offer questions for a sig spammer to increase his quota
* either... both
