Second T20I between Aussies and WIndies is in progress. WI won the toss and decided to bowl first. We saw a good contest in first T20I where Aussies scored 213 runs batting first while WI were able to make 202 runs in reply. WI have strong hitters in the lineup but it's responsibility of WI bowlers to not give so much runs that are difficult to chase.
In second T20 Australia scored a big total 241/4 for west indies. G. Maxwell played an impressive inning of 120 runs from just 55 balls that helped Australia to set huge total of 242 for west indies. West indies lost his 5 wickets in just 67 runs in first powerplay of the match now they need 171 runs from 79 balls that a quite difficult for west indies to win the match from this position.
Today West Indies made a big mistake which can lead to a loss to the West Indies team because in the previous match, they made the same mistake, and this is a mistake of the captain, if West Indies had luck and won the toss so they should needs to bat first. Ok, we accepted in the first match but how can he make this mistake in the second match, when they have seen that their team can make at least 200 plus runs so they should bat first and when Australia came to bat so they had pressure and due to pressure their fast bowlers can make more pressure and from this tactic, they can waste their some overs and when they wasted some overs so they had more pressure.
West Indies now need 119 runs in 48 balls and this is near to impossible as they are six wickets down already. The captain Rovman Powell is playing at 26 runs and can he single handedly take his team to victory, i guess No, as these miracle hardly happens.
