I don't know how easy you could be able to get access to your wallet with knowing the seed phrases. You need to keep searching for ways that will enable you to get access to your Bitcoin portfolios. There was once a service that do offer help on retrieving Bitcoin wallet especially when the phrases are not complete. You need to search for such service maybe they could help you and resolve it by getting access to your Bitcoin portfolios.
