Leverkusen is starting to make a difference in the Bundesliga this season and makes the Bundesliga even more interesting to watch every week because it sees clubs like Bayern Munich and Dortmund competing for the top spot. Dortmund itself is having difficulty maintaining the top 3 ranking because this season there are Stuttgart and Leverkusen who are at the top level so Dortmund is in 4th place with an uncomfortable feeling because Leipzig also wants to be in the Champions League zone and only has a narrow points difference with Dortmund.

It is true that every game played in the Bundesliga becomes interesting, especially the Leverkusen match because we want to see Leverkusen continue to win so that there is no more room for Bayern Munich to occupy the top of the standings. Dortmund itself is increasingly having difficulty competing at the top because its players are starting to lose balance and are unable to faced increasingly tough competition.
Since last season I have wanted a new champion and the Bundesliga is very competitive. Dortmund was almost able to overthrow Bayern Munich's dominance but they had to swallow the bitter pill in the last match. This season the Bundesliga is again showing quite fierce competition. Bayern Leverkusen and Stuttgart are new arrivals to break into the top position of the standings. For Bayern Leverkusen it looks like they will be able to win the Bundesliga and I hope that happens. Xabi Alonso has been able to work optimally so that his team has been able to show extraordinary performances to date.
I hope that can happen this season because it's quite boring that Bayern Munich always gets lucky. They have held the title for seasons and just like PSG in Ligue 1, we are waiting for a new champion this season for the Bundesliga so that they can slowly get rid of the nickname of the farmers' league. We have to completely believe in Leverkusen and considering they are still unbeaten then it would all make sense if they could be the title breaker for Bayern Munich.

Xabi Alonso's greatness in managing Leverkusen made him a phenomenal figure and how he turned all the players into important figures for the club's victory is something we rarely see. I'm curious if he stays at Leverkusen whether he can still maintain his current squad or not because the club management will definitely get lots of offers from other clubs for their players. But as long as the coach is Xabi Alonso and he doesn't leave, everything can still be resolved well because he has a keen eye for seeing a player's talent.
