This is the advisory posted by SEC last year, matatapos na yung countdown sa end of Feb., Some Filipinos already transferred their asset sa ibang CEX. According sa advisory, BINANCE is NOT REGISTERED
as a corporation in the Philippines and OPERATES WITHOUT THE NECESSARY LICENSE AND/OR AUTHORITY to sell or offer any form of securities

So right now, I don't think it's possible na magkaroon ng negotiation both parties kaya karamihan is recommended na itago muna yung assets sa Hot wallets or different CEX.

So sa mga hindi pa nakakaalam, last year news pa ito but I want to bring it up dahil nga nalalapit na yung araw na 'yon. We're not sure if matutuloy or pananakot lang ng SEC, but it's better na magkaroon ng awareness sa mga ganap since Binance is mostly used by Filipinos. You can also access binance through VPN if ayaw niyo magpalit ng exchange.

Sa OKX, may mga past issues pero may mga pinoy din na nagamit, it's up to you since lahat naman ay risk when it comes to crypto.
