Hopefully, your issue has been already resolved by the Poorbot team. What was the actual issue for the inconvenience which you have faced?
@poorbot, why haven't you directly posted the support email address on your website and here in the forum? It will be better to create a telegram group or channel (with chat system) for exchange service so that the user can get a quicker help from you there.
