Dear friends, I am facing the same issue as discussed here. My account has been under review for several days, and the withdrawal of funds has been disabled. The balance on my account is just $1,000. Support only responds with the same message every day, saying that I need to wait. I will be able to provide additional information later. On the one hand, I am sorry that this situation has occurred. However, I am glad to know that I am not the only one facing it. I hope that the issue will be resolved soon.
I think we should all collectively write complaints about this casino on all forums and websites, maybe that way we can speed up their response.
if it is conversation with their support you really should post screenshots of it so forum members can see and get more information about your issue with the gambling site, right now, there is nothing backing up your claim.
there is a
scam accusation posted against the website recently but sadly their forum representative hasn't responded on that thread.
