Not surprised, but My "90 day" account crapped out after 30 days. Going to try and contact seller.
in other words, they just sold you a 30-day account at $20.99 
In some countries, the subscription price for premium accounts is just $9.99 per month
Open a scam accusation if you don't get what you paid for from him, and also avoid this too good to be true offers. Most of them are not true.
I got lucky. He fixed the account and now it is working again. Surprisingly pleased with the outcome.
