He has made up his mind that he will surely leave and the terms of the departure are yet to be agreed upon. Also, which club he leaves to isn't clear at the moment but it would be fairly safe to assume that Real Madrid is one of the top destinations.

He would be expected to negotiate his transfer with PSG if he would have to sacrifice part of his earnings or move for free. The French side would be arranging to get a replacement for the French player. They have even started featuring young players like Warren Zaire-Emery and Bradley Barcola in preparation for the departure of Mbappe. There are also reports that he would have to accept a pay cut in Real Madrid but he might be the highest earner in the club's history. Mbappe is desperate to win more trophies and personal awards but I hope he won't suffer the dilemma Harry Kane is going through in Bayern Munich. Bayern is on the verge of ending this season without a trophy.
