If the user has been unlucky to pick a fixed match, or he was probably aware of that and wanted to take advantage of that at the casino, a void game and confiscating all his winnings won't also be far from a fair judgement, but why suspend the account entirely and also block him even from having his initial deposit withdrawn?
Aside from placing a bet on a fixed match, has the accuser committed any other form of abuse in your casino that resulted in the company losing funds to him? If not, I think it could really be fair enough to at least allow him to get his deposit back. This is just my opinion and a fair judgement.
