Snip
Hey there, Kadat!
I thought that we've already discussed this issue on our TrustPilot page.
One of the bets you've made was on a volleyball match that was deemed a fixed game. Keep in mind that we don't make those accusations easily — we've received multiple notices about it and then confirmed it with our in-house team. You were not the only player who made a bet on this result and ended up being suspended.
I'm kinda curious about you placing this bet in multiple casinos, but I guess that this diversification worked out in your favor in the end

Your account is suspended in accordance with our T&C.
For someone like me who does place bets on volleyball games occasionally, I feel I would be caught up in the crossfire if such a decision was made on everyone who placed such a bet, and it's a harsh decision tbh.
Btw, Is the user betting style odd for you to have flagged them, or he/she first timer player that caught your eye by their betting style ??
And from the last write-up...
"I'm kinda curious about you placing this bet in multiple casinos" this kind of sounds like an accusation of arbitrage betting based on the writing, but is there proof or its a guilty as charged scenario??
