This is enough to show that how crazy you're about the loan which Shasan mentioned in his reply. By the way there's no one who sells those account and if someone is selling such accounts then still you'll get screwed up once other members find out that the account is controlled by someone else.

You'll get reg tags on that account and all the money that you used to buy that account will be wasted fully. You won't get any loans from those accounts trust me, you're just wasting your time and our time and nothing else. Go and do something else, learn a skill and make money through that skill instead of scamming others by taking loans and running away with that loan.
