I guess you didn't follow the due process when creating the account because if you fail to do the requirement needed to create Bitcointalk.org account as a newbie, your account will be showing not enable to post in any forum but the moment you follow the due process to register your account, you will begin to have access to post or reply to any body in the forum.

You can visit your local board to join other newbies to understand some rules you need to know before coming to other section discuss but if you are not comfortable with your local board you can learn the rules in this beginners and help discussion because if you disobey any rules in this forum, you will face the penalty but if you want to grow faster to start developing good post in any section discussion, try to study all those links people have sent to you and you will find important thing that will change you positively in the forum.
