Yep!  It also means he was ban-evading. He created and used the ArikeTobi account while the Nathrixxx account was banned.

This IMO warrants a whole new ban and honestly shows that second chances are a joke. People who get banned always make a new account and keep repeating the cycle once found out. The admins are just wasting time and effort with this second chance shit.
