You queries on time Tavel, traversable worm holes etc. are emanating from the flawed incomplete models of mainstream physics especially general and special relativity and the quantum mechanics. Hence the ongoing deep crisis in cosmology and particle physics.

From our worldview these concepts are made redundant and not required at all as transcendent tachyons (longitudinal free tachyons travelling at infinite velocity) are not only a possibility but inevitable to create ultra large-scale cosmological structures such as cosmic filaments stretching across billions of light years.

As to supraturing hypercomputation and free will, you need to first study the all-encompassing model that encapsulates not only physics but also the phenomenon of self-identifying self-aware consciousness as the primary substrates of the universe, otherwise such a model can't be called a true theory of everything and is totally divorced from existential reality of the infinite totalities. Just consider the implications of Planck/sub-planck-sized superluminal string vibration energy manifold on Heim Theory's X5 and X6 Casual Time-like Negentropic self-organizing dimensions. setting free Vishnu Avatar Shri Rama and His brother Lakshmana from being
hostages to live serpentine weapons of Meghnaada, the eldest most powerful warrior
son of Dashanan Lankeshwar Ravaana, the King of Lanka.

Garid again assisted another important avatar of Vishnu Lord Krishna and His second
wife/consort Satyabhama in killing Narakasura, an ancient Demon King who was
creating massive havoc due to a conditional immortality boon he enjoyed being
paradoxically son of another Vishnu Avatar Varaha and Mother Earth.
