I started full node here:
addnode=209.145.50.223
The reviving seems to be very slow in progress.
can not connect
Checked, my node is running, but no peers connecting. The dev needs to run an explorer so that that exporer node can be a centralized center.
There might be code issue that nodes are not connecting.
