Everyone has their own way to stop smoking, I agree that the decision is up to the individual to find effective steps to reduce smoking until they can stop smoking, I provide recommendations based on personal experience to reduce smoking by exercising regularly every week, I feel tired quickly and I also find it difficult to regulate my breathing when exercising, so I decided to reduce smoking in order to be able to exercise optimally, even though I can't completely stop being addicted to smoking, but I don't feel as dependent on smoking as before, in fact I only smoke a few cigarettes if I want to smoke while relaxing with friends.
