There is competition in the SPL and the quality of the players added incredible value to the league this year. League 1 seems a little more boring as we see that PSG will be the champion at the end of the year. I think PSG may falter a bit if Mbappe leaves the team next year. Maybe we can watch a more competitive league next year.
Competition in Ligue 1 is very monotonous because only PSG can always dominate every season, so far PSG has the strongest and most successful team rating in this competition.
But everything will really change when PSG loses Mbappe and it can be confirmed that when Mbappe leaves PSG that will be the time for PSG to be in difficult condition and experience significant decline.
Mbappe himself is the key to success for PSG and without Mbappe we have also seen it at the start of the season where PSG experienced pressure and had difficulty getting win, PSG improvement this season occurred when Mbappe dispute was resolved and he was able to return to playing.
You are right that next season we will see that the Ligue 1 competition will be more competitive when PSG loses Mbappe, there will be opportunities and enthusiasm for other team to be able to compete for the title.
Hope for all Ligue 1 teams will truly be born if PSG experiences decline in playing quality, this can also make Ligue 1 an interesting competition and can provide much better competition.
