However, it's my money and they can't force me to use it, so they have to block the account. I see that the only way to stay away from the betting account is not to fund it again.

First you opened an account with a casino and after you didn't like to continue with them for whatever reason, you went to send an email that they should block it
Like did they send you an email to deposit that warrants your reply as to the email you sent to them?Was it in their TOS that a user must send an email instructing them to activate the block button when they decide not to continue using the account? Like I'm asking to know the reason for sending the email or they instructed that otherwise the DNA of the user will mutate?
