It is your first post. People give loans based on trust and your account does not have that trust yet. You think that $30 is a small amount, but there are many who are preparing to scam here for $5, so please lock this topic and think of another way to get the amount.

. $5 loan might be small to ask of because many have risk more than that on betting and other things so given $5 to the OP as a loan I also part of gambling..
However it's not advised to risk a loan to one who nobody trust based on rank and all that, besides he's a newcomer and the board which he ask for a loan is not lending board, so looking at the post and the OPs profile there is no trust written anywhere.
It doesn't matter if the OP will eventually pay back but what matters is the trust.
