Thus, your account will be locked for 21 days or so, and after that, you'll get an option to continue the self-exclusion by permanently closing the account or to resume playing.

As with a case of self-exclusion, they have to stick with the cool-down period, they can't intervene the system by expediting the countdown or unlock it at will.
