It is allowed to in the forum to bring in other people's work in as much as it's for the purpose of knowledge delivery to the community but that doesn't stop you from referencing the original author of the knowledge you're sharing to people. In the event that you don't reference your source it means you are laying claim of ownership to the work as main author and that's where it's isn't allowed.

Guess you're a newbie and couldn't have known about that concerning the forum  not until now but even as that in the real world generally in the academic field it's regarded as intellectual theft, a crime and same applies here in the forum. So I think you need to read and know more other rules as concerning the forum to make your stay here smooth.
