Let me start by saying that you are creating more problems for cantsay because I bet you they will think that cantsay probably picked up another of his "alt" to re raise this discussion and try to clear his name.
I always was aware about the thread raised for Cantsay. The evidence from the entire scene seemed solid however Cantsay was once an active scam buster so making such crazy mistake doesn't seem logical. He was tagged neutral by Lucius which seemed best to Lucius however if he had given him a red tag then that would be an obvious abuse.
