Small question about JB.

What is actually the purpose of this "currency"?
Is it just seen a play money? Just wondering because it is odd to give play money for level ups (of course there are also other rewards but JB is a part of it) .
Maybe I am missing something here, that's why I am asking.
I guess you can use it as "play money", but what's the point of that? At least I don't like "demo" playing... we either gamble with real money or we can simply download some other game and play that.
A long time ago (I don't even remember when that stopped) we could use JBs instead of paying withdrawal fees, and we could use JBs to bust rakeback for some limited time. As I remember, when BC was starting up there was talk that they were going to have their own store and that we could use JB there. Maybe it was the gossip itself, who knows... what is certain is that it all went down the drain, later BCD came and I think they will continue with that story, I don't think they even think about JB anymore.
I didn’t know they stopped that feature that you could pay with JB to cover the withdrawal fee. I thought it was only available for high vip (vip 23 and higher). I also remember there were talks about building a store where you could spend your JB, too bad it never has been realised.
