It will never be in the rules but if someone has something that really stops him from submitting, that person can always contact us through PM and we will judge it on case to case basis.

For instance we are not gonna give you a reschedule for holidays since we feel you can find a 10 minute slot to answer questions but if you have a scheduled heart surgery or something we will of course do anything possible to help out.

Key thing is that people have to contact us well before the deadline. After the deadline has passed we accept no excuses, no matter how good they are.
