Finding solutions how to stop scammers, hackers and criminals is very important for everyone.
After more people realize how important it is to stop criminals, we need solutions to do so. Bitcointalk has a scam accusations board, where we can report scammers, create reports and distribute negative trust. Finally, after an online research, scammer’s homes can be prosecuted and scammers can be sent to prison.
Because scammers, hackers and criminals need to be punished for doing massive harm.

Nope, we don't need find a solutions to stop all those hacking, we will just waste our time, while we can do much more important things. There is no way to stop all those scam, even when they are in a risk of getting caught and thrown to jail, bad people will still scam because they are just plainly greedy. It's not our obligation to stop those people from scamming, all we need to do is just report it if we find a scam, anywhere we could report. I don't mean to be negative or anything, but I think we shouldn't be naive and think there will be a time when scam and fraud is completely gone from this world, especially in crypto, we can minimize it but not stop it completely.
Even government cannot stop this or find any solution to end this since peoples greed will always exist and they would do what's easy for them to get money that's why its really better not to waste our time to find a solution regarding on this scams. The only thing we have to do is to be aware of different types of methods they use and put in our minds that whatever offer that promise high profits for small investment also without any proof on how they can multiply our money then simply declare it as scam.
Being vigilant is not negative and understandable that we are just being careful on anything we see on internet since its easy for this scammers to spread out their illegal activities since sometimes government struggle to sue those people since its hard for them to capture those people who always scam people online.
