all four of my pending withdrawals (BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH) still say "pending manual" since Jan 27
have they at least contacted you since the last time you had a conversation with their support? I saw a post where it was mentioned that LL was online again and just recently replenished funds on his signature campaign here in the forum, perhaps it would be good to create a new ticket as a follow-up to your withdrawal issue.
For sure it is one of the things that had been affected due to that condition of LL but seems that its already that refilled then to assume out that those manual withdrawals should really be proceed now.
