That said, I'm predicting a City win here. Not sure of the actual scoreline. Odds available at BcGame and dropping fast
A win is recorded as a win, it doesn't matter the competitive race. The actual scoreline on the minds of everyone that watch the game was different, I personally expected Manchester City to humbled Brentford with scores of 3 to 4 goals but reverse was the case, City struggle but finally end wining three points.
Maybe Manchester City were not so bad, Brentford defended very well and if not for the defender that fell, I do not think that Haaland would have scored the goal because he has not been looking sharp in these recent games. Brentford at least deserved a point from this game. It is a crucial win for Manchester City making the difference between the three top teams to just be a point. Ivan Tooney for Brentford is good player, although he is not very fast, he has a good technique of using his body and strength well against defenders to win balls. Manchester City now in second with more important games coming.
