Actually I doubt if it will be possible for Arsenal to top the league because currently Liverpool and Manchester City has more quality performance than Arsenal but however if Arsenal should be given a chance to top the premier League once again there is no how Manchester City or Liverpool can outperform them because they will do everything possible to maintain there position to avoid what happened to them last season. However the reason why they are struggling this much was actually there faults because if they had been consistent during the time they were in a good shape they would have been leading the league table by now. The points gap between Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool at the top of the points table is not much. So the position of the parties can change at any time.
The third-placed Arsenal team is just 2 points behind the top-of-the-table Liverpool. So if Liverpool lose a point in a match they are likely to lose the top spot in the points table.
The Premier League is very competitive. There are many strong groups. So it is very unlikely that Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City will win all their upcoming matches. However, the team that can maintain the most consistency among these three teams will win the title.
